Our Beginnings
I first got interested in blacksmithing in 1993
after getting a copy of 'The Complete Bladesmith', by
Dr. Jim Hirsoulas. I started out apprenticing for
Fred Oden, learning blacksmithing, and
later with Bill Wyant of Avalon Ironworks, making
blades. For I have been learning about
blades, and their construction. Now my son Sean is
starting to learn about the craft. As well as Doug
and Chris, who apprentice under me. We take
pride in the high quality and professional service we
provide our customers. Only perfect blades receive the
Fenris Forge Stamp. We are committed to meeting and
exceeding customer
expectations.
Our Business
Our Hobby is also a business, and we are dedicated
to providing superior service to all of our customers.
We also believe in having a good time, this IS a hobby
for us, so we are not as fast, or as 'hi-tech' as
others makers may be. But our customers are the most
important part of our business. Contact us to learn more
about our company and to discuss a specific project.
